Hello
my name is Bryce Finn, the Executive Chef at the Double
Arrow Resort. I moved to the Seeley
Swan Valley five years ago where I married my wife Jennifer at the
historic Double Arrow Lodge. I have an extensive background in hotel and
resort food service, encompassing twelve years of fine
dining in Montana and the surrounding areas. I have the pleasure of
creating exciting fine dining menus that not only
feature local ingredients and game, but upscale Montana cuisine that I
believe will put Seeley Lake on the culinary destination map. Here at
the Double Arrow Resort, my staff and I pride ourselves on making our
guests dining experience a memorable one, be it in our Seasons
Restaurant or the Mountain View Pavilion.
